Family Birthday Chart
I saw this on Pinterest and knew that I needed to make one for my Mother-in-law. With a blended family, we have a ton of birthdays! 35. I have a really good friend that I have do my vinyl and she found the font and everything and helped me put it together this past weekend.
How cool, huh! I love it. I wanted it a bit more neutral in colors so the Diane would want to hang it up. We got a piece of oak and just stained it instead of painting it. All in all it was an under $20 project. Fun!

Looks good! We have a lot of birthdays on my side of the family and it is hard to keep up. Glad you found a solution.
Where did you purchase the discs and the tiny "s" hooks used to link the discs?
The discs I found at Hobby Lobby. I drilled the holes in them. The other is a chain we bought at Home Depot that we used needle nose pliers to pull apart and put back together.
